Managing Object Storage Repositories in the Offsite DR Server

Managing Object Storage Repositories in the Offsite DR Server

To manage your object storage repository, in the Offsite DR Server navigate to Infrastructure ->Backup Repository -> Object storage.
This page displays a list of both existing and newly created Backup Repositories. From this page, you can easily manage and perform various actions on the Backup Repositories, ensuring efficient administration and control over your backup storage.

Set as the default storage

With the ‘Set as the default storage’ icon, you can choose any of the backup repositories and make it to be the default one.
Notes
Note: If a repository is changed to be the new default backup repository, then all the backups that occur after the change will be stored in the new default repository only. The increments of the old backups will be stored in the previously configured default backup repository.

Edit

Using the ‘Edit’ icon, you can make changes to the credentials of the backup repository.

Delete

To delete all the created backup repositories, then click on the Delete  option under the Action tab of the respective repository.
Notes
Note: To avoid data loss, make sure that no backup data resides in the backup repository; before deleting the repository.
