How to purchase new license and associate with BDRSuite Backup Server in BDRSuite Portal

1. Go to the BDRSuite Portal with URL  ' https://portal.vembu.com/'
2. Click on sign up button if you are a new user or click on login button if you are an existing user.
3. If you are a new user you must verify your account via the verification mail sent to your registered email and create a new password in the registered mail account.
   
4. Navigate to Billing -> Update Billing where you can update your billing information, also you will be able to edit the ‘Billing Address’ and ‘Card Information’. Once done with updating the information, click save.
5. To purchase different BDRSuite Products and to add portal credits to your account please navigate to Buy page.
6. Please choose the required license and Click Proceed to Update Billing info and Pay. once done with updating the number of the required licenses.
   
7. Please choose Pay using existing credit card information or Purchase using portal credits.
   
8. Check whether the purchased information is listed properly on the ‘Purchase Summary page.
   
9. Click the purchase button.
10. Once after the successful purchase, you can see the purchased information.

Purchasing Portal Credits

1. To buy portal credits for your account, navigate to the Buy tab > Portal Credits options.
2. Enter the amount to be added to the portal account and click on Make Payment.
3. Choose the payment option and click on Review.
4. After reviewing the purchase summary and payment details, click on the Purchase Button.
5. Once the payment is successful, you will get a payment confirmation message and the purchased credit will also be updated on the Portal and you will be able to see the Credit Balance by navigating to Billing -> Purchase History -> Credit Usage.

Purchasing Subscription License

1. Under the Buy tab, click on the Subscription License.
2. Once you select the Product under the BDRSuite tab, choose the Edition, Type, Duration, and the Number of licenses (Quantity) you want to purchase, and click on the Add Items. Once the item gets added to the box at the right side of the screen, review its details and proceed to Make payment. 
3. Select the payment option and click on Review. You can purchase the licenses by either using your credit card or by using the portal credits.
4. After reviewing the payment option, purchase the licenses by clicking on Purchase.
5. Once the payment is successful, the purchased license will be added to your account.
   

Purchasing Perpetual License

1. Under the Buy tab, click on the Perpetual License menu.
2. As per requirement, select Perpetual License or Perpetual Maintenance. 
3. Once you select the Product, choose the Edition, Type, and the Number of licenses (Quantity) you want to purchase, and click on the Add Items. Once the item gets added to the box at the right side of the screen, review its details and proceed to Make payment.
   
4. You can additionally choose to  purchase the AMC as well, listed under every license.

Note: The payment option for the purchase of licenses are similar as mentioned in the purchase of subscription licenses.
