How to create a support ticket?
To create a support ticket for BDRSuite or BDRCloud, follow these steps:
- Visit the BDR Support Portal at https://support.bdrsuite.com/.
- Click on "Sign Up" on the top right corner. Then, Enter your details (Name & Email) and click 'Sign up' .
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to set your password.
- Once your password is set, log in to your account.
- On the top right corner, click on "Create Support Ticket".
- Enter your ticket information, including the issue you're facing and any relevant attachments.
- Click "Submit".
Once your ticket is submitted, one of our BDR Support Engineers will get in touch with you and assist you promptly.
