How to create a support ticket?

To create a support ticket for BDRSuite or BDRCloud, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the BDR Support Portal at https://support.bdrsuite.com/.
  2. Click on "Sign Up" on the top right corner. Then, Enter your details (Name & Email) and click 'Sign up' .
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to set your password.
  4. Once your password is set, log in to your account.
  5. On the top right corner, click on "Create Support Ticket".
  6. Enter your ticket information, including the issue you're facing and any relevant attachments.
  7. Click "Submit".

Once your ticket is submitted, one of our BDR Support Engineers will get in touch with you and assist you promptly.
