Hosts (or) Entities
Add and manage credentials of entities including Hosts (VMware/Hyper-V/Windows), VMs (Guest OS Credentials), & Tape Server that you plan to use for backup/recovery/replication process.
Add Credential
Click on Add Credentials and on the page that opens enter the required details and save.
The added credentials will be added and listed.
In any course of password change, you can click on edit icon to update the latest password. Once you click on Update, a warning message will be prompted. Read it carefully and click on ‘Yes, Proceed’ to save the changes made.
Azure Accounts
Add and manage Azure Accounts that you plan to use for recovering the backed-up VMs/Hosts as Azure VMs.
Add Azure Account
On the Azure Portal, create an application for BDRSuite and assign ‘Owner’ role for it. Then, provide the Tenant ID, generated application details: Application ID, & Application Password and save your Azure Account.

Amazon S3
Add and manage credentials of Amazon S3 that you plan to use for Object Storage Repository.
Add Credential
Click on the Add Credential tab , enter the following details and add.
The added credential will be listed and in course of change in password, click on the edit icon to update the password. Once you click on Update, a warning message will be prompted. Read it carefully and click on ‘Yes, Proceed’ to save the changes made.
S3 Compatible
Add and manage S3 Compatible credentials that you plan to use for Object Storage Repository.

Azure Blob Storage
Add and manage S3 Compatible credentials that you plan to use for Object Storage Repository.
Add Credential
Click on Add Credential, enter the following details and add.
The added credential will be listed and in course of change in password, you can click on the edit icon and update the password. Once you click on Update, a warning message will be prompted. Read it carefully and click on ‘Yes, Proceed’ to save the changes made.
Google Cloud
The object repository feature of BDRSuite enables the user to configure the Google Cloud storage as a primary storage repository. This page lets you add and mange the Google Cloud credentials.
Add & Manage Credentials – Google Cloud
Click on the Add Credentials tab.
Enter the following details and click add.
- Credential Name : Enter a name to identify the credential.
- Access Key : Enter the generated Access Key.
- Secret Key : Enter the generated Secret Key.
Click on Add. The credential will be listed at the time of creating repository. If the credentials are not created before then you will be directed to this page while creating the repository.
