Configuring SMTP Settings

By configuring the SMTP Server settings, you can enable the functionality of automatic email notifications, allowing you to receive reports directly to your email inbox. This configuration ensures that important information and updates are seamlessly delivered to you via email, eliminating the need for manual retrieval.
During the SMTP configuration process, you will be prompted to provide the following details;
  1. Outgoing SMTP server.
  2. Outgoing SMTP server Port.
  3. Enable Authentication.
  4. Enter Username.
  5. Enter the password.
  6. Authentication type – Auto, Plain & Login.
  7. SMTP Secure protocol – None, SSL, TSL.
  8. Configure the Sender E-Mail ID.
You can test its connectivity by selecting the Test Mail Server option.
Once done entering the details, click Save to activate the Email Settings.
