BDRCloud - Known Issues & Limitations

This document will provide detailed information about the known issues and limitations of BDRCloud, helping you identify potential challenges and implement effective workarounds to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Windows Disk Image & File & Folder Backup & Recovery (Windows/Linux)

  1. Image-level backups are not natively supported on Linux OS; third-party tools may be necessary for full disk-level backups.
  2. Recovery to alternate machines may be limited based on compatibility with the machine architecture.
  3. Occasional issues with synchronization of delete notification information.
  4. Template-based backup has not been extensively tested.
  5. Branding has not been thoroughly tested.
