BDRSuite enables you to replicate your backups to an offsite location, providing an additional layer of data protection and ensuring recoverability in case of primary site failure. By setting up offsite replication, your backup data can be securely transferred to a secondary location over the network, creating a redundant copy. This setup helps to meet disaster recovery objectives with minimal data loss and downtime.
To start the process, download and install the Offsite DR Server on a dedicated machine. Then, in the BDRSuite Backup Server, go to Secondary Copy > Offsite DR > Configure Offsite Copy/DR to set up the offsite replication.
