KB ID: 91
Cause:
The error "MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND" occurs during the backup of Exchange Mailbox when the 'MSPST MS' service is not configured in the Exchange Server. The presence of the 'MSPST MS' entry in the MAPISVC.INF file is essential for proper functioning.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Confirm the presence of the 'MSPST MS' service in the MAPISVC.INF file located in the Windows system directory (e.g., C:\Winnt\System32). If Outlook is installed on the Exchange Server machine, check for the file in the common system program files area (e.g., C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033).
2. Ensure that the MAPISVC.INF file contains the necessary information for the Microsoft Personal Folder store service. Add the following information if it's not already present:

Note: Create a backup of the 'mapisvc.inf' file before making any changes.
3. After modifying the 'mapisvc.inf' file, attempt to schedule the backups again.
