Issue:
Exchange Mailbox backup encounters failure with the error message - "No/New modified files."
Solution:
Step 1: Copy ExchangeMapi Files
1. Navigate to “C:\Program Files (x86)\ExchangeMapi.”
2. Copy all the files from this location.
3. Paste the copied files into the “syswow64″ folder located at “C:\windows.”
Step 2: List Mailbox in VembuBDR Application
1. Attempt to list the mailbox in the VembuBDR application.
2. Expand the subfolders if the listing process hangs.
Step 3: Create New MAPI Profile
2. This URL will direct you to create a new MAPI profile.
3. Provide the Mailbox profile name as the "user account name" and Global catalog Name.
4. Click on 'Save' to initiate the recreation of the profile.
5. The mailbox should be listed without any issues.
Step 4: Schedule Backup Job
