Email Address Already in Use: BDRSuite Community Forum & Knowledge Base
If you receive an error stating, "The entered email address is already in use for one of the accounts created in BDRSuite Community Forum, Knowledge Base, or other BDRSuite services," it means that the email address you provided is already associated with an account in one of the following: BDRSuite Community Forum, BDRSuite KnowledgeBase, or other BDRSuite services.
To use the same email address for server registration, you have two options:
Option 1: Provide the password you used when creating the BDRSuite accounts. This allows you to register the server with your existing account credentials.
Option 2: If you've forgotten your password or wish to reset it:
a) Visit portal.vembu.com.
b) Click on 'Forgot Password.'
c) Enter your email address.
d) You will receive a link to reset your password in your email inbox.
e) Once you've changed your password, you can use the new password to register the server and log in to all other BDRSuite accounts using the same email address and password.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can create a new account using a different email address and proceed with server registration.
