Issue:
Backup failed with the error message: "Backup failed. Please make sure all the permissions for each service listed in 'Prerequisite to add an AWS account' are granted."
Cause:
  1. Permissions to access the storage account are either missing or misspelled when creating a role for App Registration.
  2. Account credentials are not generated following the correct documentation.
