Troubleshooting Recovery Image Issues with Multiple HDDs
KB ID: 46
Cause:
Recovery image problems may arise in BDRSuite when dealing with disk image backups containing multiple HDDs.
Solution:
To address this issue, follow these steps when restoring from a disk image backup:
1. Restore One HDD at a Time: Instead of attempting to restore all HDDs simultaneously, we recommend restoring one HDD at a time.
By restoring one HDD at a time via a VMDK image from the disk image backup, you can mitigate potential issues related to multiple HDD recoveries. If further assistance is required or issues persist, please reach out to our support team for personalized help.
