Issue:
When attempting mail level recovery from an Exchange Server within a disk image backup, the operation fails. This problem arises when the BDR client is not located in the same domain as the Exchange Server.
Cause:
Mail level recovery fails when the BDRSuite  Backup Client is not within the same domain as the Exchange Server.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, ensure that the BDRSuite Backup Client, which is responsible for the mail level recovery, is within the same domain as the Exchange Server.
