This error occurs when the existing BDRSuite Integration Service (BIS) agent is of an unsupported version.
BDRSuite Integration Service agent version v3.9.0 and above.
BDRSuite Integration Service agent version v3.8.0 and lower are considered to be unsupported.
How to Check VIS Agent Version:

2. Check for BDRSuite Integration Service.
3. Verify the version of the Vembu Integration Service agent.
