 Solution  

Step 1: Log in to the BDRSuite Backup Server or Offsite DR Server
  1. Open a web browser and enter the URL or IP address of the server followed by the port number: 6060
Example: http://192.168.100.100:6060
  1. Enter your credentials to access the server's interface
Step 2: Navigate to the "Export Logs" section
  1. Once logged in, click the "?" icon at the top-right corner of the console.
  2. Select "Contact Support" from the drop-down and click the "Export logs" option.
  3. You will then be redirected to the Export Logs page.

Step 3: Configuring Export Options
  1. Choose Log Type: Select the desired log type from the options below.
    1. Error Logs
    2. Installation Logs
    3. Server Logs
    4. Backup Job Logs
    5. All Logs

  2. Specify Log Time: Specify the time range by selecting the "From" and "To" date to export the logs.
  3. Enter Save Location: Specify the location to save the exported log file on your computer.
  4. Provide a Log Filename: Enter a suitable name for the exported log file.
Step 4: Initiate the Log Export Process
  1. After configuring the export options, click on the "Export" button
  2. BDRSuite Server will start generating the log files based on the specified settings. The export process may take some time, depending on the log size.
Step 5: Access the Exported Logs
  1. Once the log export process is completed, a confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that the export was successful.
  2. Navigate to the specified saved location on your computer to access the exported log file.
