Unable to Log In to Web Console After Linux (Ubuntu) OS Update

Cause:
The inability to log in to the web console is usually triggered by an automatic upgrade of unixODBC during a system update, rendering it incompatible with BDRSuite/BDRSuite OffsiteDR.
Solution:
To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
1. Uninstall the upgraded unixODBC package using the following command on your Ubuntu Server:
sudo apt-get remove unixODBC
or
sudo apt-get remove unixodbc
2. Once the package is removed, proceed to run the BDRSuite/OffsiteDR Installer to install the supported unixODBC package for the BDRSuite/OffsiteDR server.
3. After completing the installation, the problem with web console login should be resolved.
