To successfully restore data from the BDRCloud server, follow these steps:
1. Login to your Online Backup Account:
Access your BDRCloud account using your credentials.
2. Select the Backup:
- Navigate to the list of clients and locate the specific backup you wish to restore.
- Expand the backup details.
3. Initiate Download:
- Within the backup details, identify and click on the download icon.
- This action initiates the download process, bundling the files into a single ZIP archive.
4. Download ZIP File:
- Once the ZIP file is successfully created, access your Online Backup console's restore report page.
- Download the ZIP file directly from the restore report page.
