This error indicates that either the MySQL Executable Path or MySQL Dump Executable Path is invalid. It commonly occurs when incorrect details are entered during either the manual agent installation or the automatic agent installation process.
Solution:
To resolve this error, follow these steps to update the details in the BDRSuite Backup Server:
1. Navigate to BDRSuite Backup Server: Open the BDRSuite Backup Server application.
2. Access 'Data Sources' in Application & DBs: Within the application, go to 'Application & DBs' and locate the 'Data Sources' section.
3. Edit the Data Source: Identify the data source associated with the MySQL database where the error occurred. Select the data source and choose the option to edit.
4. Update Executable Paths: Within the datasource settings, update the MySQL Executable Path and MySQL Dump Executable Path with the correct and valid details.
5. Verify Configuration: Double-check the configuration to confirm that all the MySQL details including Executable Path and MySQL Dump Executable Path are now valid.
