Cause:
The issue arises when any of the configured Mailbox databases for backup are dismounted or when the "Microsoft Exchange Information Store" service is stopped.
Solution:
To resolve the problem, follow these steps:
  1. Ensure that all the Mailbox databases configured for backups are mounted in the Exchange Management console.
  2. Check that the "Microsoft Exchange Information Store" service is running.
By completing these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and have the Database +"DBNAME"+ successfully mounted. If the problem persists, further investigation may be necessary. Contact our support team for additional assistance.
