Cause:
The error message "SnapShot Creation Failed" typically occurs when the Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) writer status is unstable on the machine, preventing the creation of snapshots.
Solution:
To resolve the "SnapShot Creation Failed" issue, follow these steps:
  1. Wait for the VSS writer to stabilize. The snapshot creation process will likely succeed once the VSS writer status becomes stable.
  2. Try rebooting the machine. Rebooting the system can often change the VSS writer status to stable, allowing snapshots to be created successfully.
  3. Check the VSS writer status using the command prompt with administrator privileges. Execute the following command: "vssadmin list writers " 
  4. Review the output to ensure that all VSS writers are in a stable state. If any writer appears to be in an unstable state, it might indicate an issue that needs to be addressed.
