BDRSuite Integration Services Not Installed - Resolve Backup Issue

Disk Image driver is not installed on the configured Windows hosts

Cause:
This error occurs during backup when the Disk Image driver is not installed on the configured Windows hosts. Please refer to the steps below for manually installing the Disk Image driver on the Windows hosts.
Solution:
Follow the steps below to install the Disk Image Driver manually:
Step 1: Open Command Prompt with administrative privileges.
Step 2: Navigate to the Drivers Folder
In the Command Prompt, navigate to the following folder:
cd "<BDRSuite Home>\Drivers"
Example:
 cd "C:\Program Files\Vembu\Vembu BDR\Drivers"
Step 3: Run the Install Command
Execute the following command to install the Disk Image Driver:
driverutil.exe -install
  Step 4: Restart the System
  1. After the driver installation, the system will prompt a restart message.
  2. Close all applications and restart the system.
  3. Now, reschedule the backup job again
