Error while dumping backup data in the BDRSuite client

Cause:
This error might arise during backup operations with the BDRSuite Backup Server when attempting to dump backup data using the BDRSuite Client.
Solution:
To address this matter, kindly reach out to our support team. Before doing so, please ensure you've followed the steps outlined below and have the requested information ready for when you contact support:
  1. Take a screenshot of the 'View Backup Schedule' page. To access this, go to 'Backup' -> 'List Backup Jobs' -> Click 'View' (Action for the specific backup) from the client machine.
  2. Capture a screenshot of the detailed backup report from the "Reports" section. Navigate to Reports->Backup Reports -> [Job Name]. 
  3. Obtain a screenshot of the 'About Us section. Click on the question icon located in the -right corner of the page and take a snapshot of the pop-up screen.
  4. Please provide the backup log, which can be found in the following location: "BDRSuiteClientInstallationLocation\log\backupname" folder.
