Error 303001: Unable to access the database or Microsoft 365 Services - API.
Hello,
I'm very new to the BDRSuite and I am currently attempting to set up the SaaS>M365 Backup> User Mailbox. I get an error of "Error 303001: Unable to access the database or Microsoft 365 Services - API."
I have checked in Microsoft Entra under the App Registrations and can see the Application ID is correct, showing a green checkmark and that Application Id, Tenant ID.
The API permissions are all granted and green too...
I'm not sure what I'm missing to correct this error so that all the user mailboxes will populate.
