Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding BDRSuite. I personally encountered the problems with adding the network drive, or trying to register the server on the portal. I tried reinstalling the software multiple times but the problem persisted.
So I often had to contact support even though I personally work as a Technical Support Engineer and I even passed the Certification exam, I also like to follow the instruction which are available on the Vembu website, but both times technicians from Vembu had to manually change the settings in the database on the clients computers. Is there some kind of guide of how to do it or do I need to contact the support every time this kind of problems occurs.
